About

Buying a home is one of the most important investments someone will make in their lifetime. Families work for years saving enough money to buy a home. After all it’s the American Dream right? Before I got into the industry I found that there was a serious lack of knowledge on the homebuyers part.

Given that it is such a large investment I felt that there was a need in the marketplace for someone who not only wanted to help people purchase a home, but more importantly educate them so that they could make the best decision for themselves and their families. In my opinion the current housing economy is an example of what happens when homebuyers are not educated about the homebuying process. Although this is vital, I believe that homeowners also need to be educated on how to maintain their biggest investment.

The goal of this blog is to provide education on all aspects of residential real estate. There are some of you out there who are wondering what it takes to purchase a home. Others are wondering whether or not you should sell. While still others are wondering how to maintain your home to provide the best ROI should you decide to sell. I am here to help and MY PLEDGE TO YOU is that I will do everything I can to help you make the best educated decision possible. I definitely do not have all of the answers, but I have a network of people in the industry who care about the consumer just as much as I do. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions. There is no task too small or large and I am never too busy to do what I can to ensure that you get the best information possible.

I truly look forward to establishing lifelong relationships with all my future clients. Don’t look at me only as your Realtor, but also as your friend and trusted adviser. When that time comes for you to purchase or sell your home, it will be my pleasure to serve you.

Live the Dream,

Chris Daniels
